I purchased two of these for my 5 and 6 year old daughters who enjoy dressing up. Shipping was a few days late. But this is a birthday gift. And her birthday isn't until December. So luckily I ordered early. Once I opened it to inspect the item I was overjoyed on the way it looks. great customer service

This necklace is great but the customer service is even better! The first necklace I ordered arrived with a package with nothing in it. The post office left a note apologizing for the item being damaged and empty. I called and they quickly sent another one to me and it arrived just in time for Christmas!
