Beautiful item and great customer service

When the package was delivered, it was damaged and empty! I contacted customer service and they promptly sent out another necklace at no charge, even though it clearly was a shipping service problem. Could not ask for better customer service or a more beautiful necklace! I look forward to doing business with Momavo again.
